Life
Went to school, in the Navy 4 years, RCC for a semester, to Houston, Tx., worked, married, divorced, worked, married, kids, divorced, still working...guess I'll stay with the working!! Details later
Workplace
after graduation I went to Navy boot in San Diego. First duty station was in Imperial Beach...20 miles south of San Diego. Two years later I transfered to North Island...San Diego again. Served just 2 months in Viet Nam and returned to...San Diego!! Strange...I joined to travel and see the world!!! My travel was back to Edgemont to work at Pop's garage and see my friends on the wee...Expand for more

Did a semester at RCC and bailed. Took all I owned and headed East on Highway 60. Ran out of gas and money in a gas station in Houston. Worked a deal with the owner for a tank of gas...a year later I owned the station. Good place to live, I thought...so I've been here since.
I've sold and serviced office machines, sold janitorial supplies and now I'm operations manager in a Janitorial and Packaging supply company.
It's been a good 38 years, with ups and downs. The ups far outway the downs and I've been blessed with good family, friends and health. What more could I ask for, anyway???
